When events are rescheduled, all fans should receive a new ticket with the updated date from the primary ticketing platform. Our system is very sensitive and we can only accept tickets for events in the future.
To get a new version of your ticket with the correct date, please log in to the original ticketing company to re-download the ticket, making sure the new date is on the ticket. This is available for all the big ticketing platforms such as:
If you are unable to download the ticket with the new date, please get in touch with the original ticketing issuer and ask them to resend your ticket with the new date.
