Yes, in certain cases where you need to finalise details with your buyer/seller or get an updated ticket, you can reach out to them by clicking on the chat icon via the Purchased Tickets or Listed Tickets section. You can also access your Purchased inbox and Listed inbox via these links. 

If you are struggling to get in contact with your seller or buyer, please don't worry! Contact our Community Support team via the chat button in the bottom right corner and they will assist you. 

Please note, we are partnered with lots of events on the platform, which means it is Tixel's responsibility to provide an updated ticket to the buyer. These tickets will be fulfilled before the event and there will be no buyer/seller chat available for these events.
