What happens if the event is cancelled or rescheduled and I’ve already withdrawn my funds?

In circumstances where an event is rescheduled or cancelled, we work with the event organisers to provide the best outcome for fans. 

If the event organiser is offering refunds to the original ticket holders after their event is cancelled/postponed and the seller has processed an express withdrawal, Stripe will debit the seller’s bank account to ensure Tixel can refund the buyer. If Stripe is not able to process a debit due to insufficient funds or a closed account then Tixel will need to invoice the seller for the funds.
