Why am I not getting waitlist notifications?

When you sign up for a waitlist:

  • We send out alerts by SMS and email
  • If you've signed up for auto-purchases, you won't be receiving alerts.
  • We send out alerts in randomised order every few seconds, until that ticket is purchased.
  • For popular events where tickets are bought quickly, there is not enough time to send out a notification out to everyone.

Before contacting the Community Support team with any issues, please ensure you have:

  • Joined the waitlist via the event page on Tixel. You can check which waitlists you have joined here.
  • Checked the spam or junk folder of the registered email on your Tixel account.
