How can I tell if the event organisers require name changes?

In many cases, we have an integration with the ticketing company and the buyer will be asked to provide the new names as a part of the resale process. This means fans do not have to worry about completing a name change externally. 

If we are not partnering directly with the ticketing company, the seller will be asked to complete the appropriate name changes once the sale has been completed to be passed on to you before the event.

You can view if a ticket requires any further action from the buyer and seller by visiting the Listed or Purchased Tickets section. You can also chat with your buyer or seller at any time through the chat function in the Listed or Purchased Tickets section.
