If your ticket listing says it is ‘Pending’, you may have tried to list a modified PDF or email confirmation, but the ticket failed our security checks. You can attempt to upload the same ticket as many times as you like, but please make sure it is the original PDF document.
- Taking a screenshot will not work. You will have to use the original file.
- When downloading the original ticket, make sure you haven’t clicked ‘Save As’. This will flag the ticket as modified. Try dragging the ticket directly after downloading it.
- If you have tried to split the tickets up to sell a multi-page ticket in individual pages. Try uploading the whole original file and selecting which pages/tickets you would like to sell.
- If you are forwarding an email confirmation, make sure that there is no additional content written in the body of the email.
