There are three different ways to sign in to Tixel which can sometimes result in fans creating multiple accounts. This can lead to confusion over which tickets were listed or purchased in which account. We would strongly recommend only keeping one Tixel account to prevent any problems.

Tips for identifying a duplicate account:

1. You aren't able to see any tickets in your "Purchased Tickets" or "Listed Tickets" section. This is a clear indicator that you are logged into another account.

2. You are prompted to provide your mobile number again in the "Profile" section of your account. This is only done when creating a new account. 

If you notice either of the above, please try logging in with the other methods to locate the correct account.
