We are partnered with lots of events on the platform, which means it is Tixel's responsibility to provide an updated ticket to the buyer. For these partnered events, we will cancel the old barcode that the seller listed and deliver a new ticket with a new barcode to the buyer in their Purchased Tickets section. These tickets will be delivered before the event and there will be no buyer/seller chat available because the seller isn't required to action anything.
There won't be any call to action in the seller's Listed Tickets or the buyer's Purchased Tickets section, so sit back relax and let Tixel take care of it.
