If you can't see anything at all in the Purchased Tickets section, please confirm the following;
1. Make sure you are logged in to the correct account - you may have created multiple accounts. We have multiple login methods, including Google, Facebook and regular email login. Please ensure you sign in to the correct account. You may have a duplicate account, view more information here.
2. Please ensure you successfully completed the transaction to purchase the ticket by checking your credit card statement and that the charge is not pending.
3. Contact your bank to ensure that the payment went through.
