You can try logging into your Ticketek account here. Don't worry we won't save any of your credentials. If you are having any issues, simple troubleshooting includes:
- Checking you have the correct credentials
- Updating your Ticketek app
- Clearing your cookies/history
- Using a laptop or desktop
- Resetting your Ticketek password
SMS tickets
You can list your SMS tickets by copying the URL and pasting it here. Please ensure you are using the original link and not one that's already been shared with someone.
Please note, that we cannot accept tickets purchased on Ticketek Marketplace.
