Do I need to transfer my DICE ticket to my buyer? 

Yes, this is required so that your buyer receives a ticket and for the seller to receive their payout.

Tixel does not pass on the ticket directly to the buyer when the sale is finalised. This means that the buyer does not have a ticket until you complete a DICE transfer. 

Grab the buyer's mobile number in the buyer/seller chat and follow the instructions in this DICE FAQ to forward the ticket.

Once transferred, please send the proof of confirmation through the "Send ticket" button.

What do I do if I have bought and then re-sold a ticket on Tixel?

The ticket will need to be transferred within DICE from your seller to your buyer. If you haven't received the ticket from your seller in DICE yet, please reach out to them in the buyer/seller chat and arrange a transfer directly to your buyer.
