Do I need to transfer my AXS ticket to my buyer?
Yes, this is required so that your buyer receives a ticket and for the seller to receive their payout.
Tixel does not pass on the ticket directly to the buyer when the sale is finalised. This means that the buyer does not have a ticket until you complete an AXS transfer.

What do I do if I have bought and then re-sold an AXS ticket on Tixel?
The ticket will need to be transferred within AXS from your seller to your buyer. If you haven't received the ticket from your seller through AXS yet, please reach out to them in the buyer/seller chat and arrange a transfer directly to your buyer.
