Do I need to transfer my Fixr ticket to my buyer?
Yes, this is required so that your buyer receives a ticket and for the seller to receive their payout.
Tixel does not pass on the ticket directly to the buyer for all sales. This means that the buyer will not always have a ticket until you complete a Fixr transfer.
Grab the buyer's details from the buyer in the buyer/seller chat and follow the instructions in this Fixr FAQ to forward the ticket.
What do I do if I have bought and then re-sold a ticket on Tixel?
The ticket will need to be transferred within Fixr from your seller to your buyer. If you haven't received the ticket from your seller through Fixr yet, please reach out to them in the buyer/seller chat and arrange a transfer directly to your buyer.
