Tixel is the official resale partner for all HSU events and has worked closely with HSU and their ticketing provider (Ticketbooth) to ensure you can buy and sell tickets safely.

How do I list my HSU ticket?

There are two ways to list your HSU ticket on Tixel:

  1. Uploading the digital PDF Ticket; or
  2. Forwarding the Order Confirmation Email 

How to list your Digital PDF ticket

If you have been sent a digital PDF ticket by the event organiser, follow these instructions:

  1. Head to our sell page here.
  2. Select “Upload PDF” + upload your digital PDF file
  3. Follow the prompts to set the price you want to sell your ticket for.

I don’t have a digital PDF ticket or barcode yet. How can I list my ticket?

If you have not received your digital PDF ticket from the organiser, you can still list your Tixel ticket via the ticket email confirmation. Simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Head to our sell page here
  2. Copy the email address on the screen and forward your Ticketbooth Order Confirmation email to this exact address.
  3. Once Tixel has received and verified your ticket, you'll receive a return link via email to complete your listing. Please also check your junk or spam for the return listing. 

    IMPORTANT When forwarding, please do not add anything in the body of the email, simply forward the email untouched.

Can I choose who I sell my ticket to?

If you have already found a buyer for your ticket, but want to complete the transaction safely, you can create a private sale by selecting the ‘make my listing private’ option at the final step in the ticket upload process. Otherwise, your listing will be public and available for all potential buyers to see. Read more about private listings here.

How to complete a name change?

To complete a name change and transfer the ownership of the ticket to your friend, upload your ticket to Tixel as a private sale. Send the private sale link to your friend to claim the ticket and complete the name change.

All tickets traded on Tixel publicly will have name changes completed automatically.

I’ve sold my ticket. When will I receive my money?

Your money will be available to withdraw from your Payouts section 3 days after your sale is finalised via Express Withdrawal. Once withdrawn, it will take the standard processing times for the funds to reach your account. This can vary based on your bank and can take anywhere between 1 and 4 business days.
