How to list your Digital PDF ticket?
- Head to Tixel's Sell page
- Select “Upload PDF” + upload your Proof of Purchase PDF file
- Follow the prompts to set the price you want to sell your ticket for

I’ve bought my ticket. How do I do a name change?
Once you have purchased the ticket on Tixel, you can do a name change and redeem your ticket by following these instructions:
- Visit the 7am redemption page
- Log in using your 7am ticketing account - If you don’t have an account, you can easily sign up by following the prompts
- Enter the secret code from the Proof of Purchase PDF & follow the on-screen prompts
- Your ticket has automatically been transferred to your name
I’ve sold my ticket. When will I receive my money?
Your money will be available to withdraw from your Tixel account after the event. You can always see this date in 'My Tickets' on your Tixel Account. Once withdrawn, it will take the standard processing times for the funds to reach your account. This can vary based on your bank and can take between 1 and 4 business days.
