AO - Australian Open 2025 Resale FAQ

As with every ticket listed on Tixel in Australia, listing prices for all Australian Open 2025 tickets will be capped at a max of 10% above the face value of the ticket (and we automatically detect the face value through our anti-fraud technology). You can access the event page here.

How to list your AO 2025 tickets for resale

You can list your AO 2025 tickets through your Ticketmaster account here or upload your Apple Wallet (pkpass) ticket directly here.

Please be aware, that sellers are required to transfer all tickets to their buyers via Ticketmaster Transfer to receive their payout. You can read more here.

Why can’t I list my AO 2025 ticket for resale on Tixel?

Most ticket types are allowed to be resold with a few exceptions:

  • VIP Packages
  • Hotel & Ticket Packages

Please check that the ticket you are trying to sell does not fall into any of the above categories. If it doesn't and you are still having issues, feel free to contact Community Support via the chat button in the bottom right corner.

My tickets sold! What happens next?

Once you've sold your ticket, it’s important to contact your buyer through the buyer/seller chat to grab their Ticketmaster details. Once you have their details you can complete a Ticketmaster Transfer. Please ensure you take a screenshot confirming the transfer and upload it to the “Send Ticket” in your Listed Tickets section, so we know you’ve transferred.

Please note, that funds for Australian Open 2025 tickets won’t be released to sellers until we confirm their buyer could get into the event. This usually occurs around 3 days after the event has finished.

What happens if I’ve sold my ticket somewhere else?

Please avoid listing your tickets on Tixel and other marketplaces. This creates a terrible experience for your buyer. If you are found to have done this the ticket will be refunded and you will not receive your payout.

If you need to cancel a sale, please follow the directions in this FAQ.

What should I do if my seller or buyer isn’t responding?

Our #1 priority is to ensure all fans have a valid ticket prior to the event starting and we are sending regular communications to all sellers reminding them of this. Please remain patient with your buyer or seller, it is their responsibility to respond to you, otherwise, they will not receive their ticket or their payout.
