Tixel has an integration with Prekindle which allows us to cancel the original ticket’s barcode and reissue a new ticket to the buyer in their name.

The easiest way to list Prekindle tickets is through the Prekindle ‘Your Tickets’ page, here's how:

  1. Search your email inbox for tickets@prekindle.com
  2. You should see an email with the subject line starting with 'Your Purchase - [Event Name]"
  3. In your confirmation email, there will be a 'Click For Your Tickets' button which will take you to the Prekindle ‘Event Info’ page.
  4. Here, click on ‘Your Tickets’ and then click the ‘SELL TICKETS’ button at the bottom of the page. This will take you directly to the sell page on Tixel.

If you cannot locate your booking confirmation, check your junk/spam folders or any other associated email address you may have used to purchase your ticket.

I can't find my email confirmation, what do I do?
You can also list a Prekindle ticket by saving your PDF ticket and uploading this to Tixel, here's how: 

1. Download your PDF ticket from the Prekindle confirmation email or the Prekindle ‘Your Tickets’ page
2. Head to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts to upload your PDF ticket

As soon as your ticket sells, there is no need to do anything else. All buyers will be provided with a new ticket in their name and your original ticket will be cancelled automatically.
