Pitch Music & Arts 2025 Resale FAQ

Tixel is the official fan-to-fan marketplace for Pitch Music & Arts 2025. We’ve partnered with the event organiser and Megatix to ensure that fans can safely buy tickets from real fans and sell tickets if they can’t attend.

As with every ticket listed on Tixel in Australia, listing prices for all Pitch tickets will be capped at a maximum of 10% above the face value of the ticket (and we automatically detect the face value through our anti-fraud technology).

How to list your Pitch Music & Arts 2025 tickets for resale

You can list your Pitch Music & Arts 2025 tickets by connecting your Megatix account here. You can also upload your PDF directly here.

Why can’t I list my Pitch Music & Arts 2025 ticket for resale on Tixel?

Most ticket types are allowed to be resold with a few exceptions:

  • Melbourne > Pitch & Pitch > Melbourne One Way Bus Tickets

Please check that the ticket you are trying to sell does not fall into any of the above categories. If it doesn't, and you are still having issues, feel free to contact Community Support via the chat button in the bottom right corner.

My tickets sold! What happens next?

Once you've sold your ticket, there is nothing left for you to do. When a Pitch Music & Arts 2025 ticket is sold on Tixel, the original barcode is cancelled, and we reissue a new ticket with a new barcode directly to the buyer.

Please ensure you’ve added your bank details to the Payouts section of your account in preparation for your payout. You’ll be able to withdraw your funds via Express Withdrawal 3 business days after the date of the ticket sale.

What happens if I’ve sold my ticket somewhere else or I want to use the ticket?

All tickets for Pitch Music & Arts 2025 will be reissued with a new barcode once they are sold. This means your original ticket and barcode have been cancelled and will not be valid.
