Ticket secured? Nice! 🎉
We’ll email you a confirmation straight away. Your ticket will be delivered as a hard copy (if that’s what you picked) or held for you at Will Call. Burning Man will also shoot you a separate confirmation email

✌️ How do I sell my Burning Man 2025 ticket?
Selling’s a breeze. Simply log in to your Burning Man Account and select the tickets to sell and click “Sell Tickets”. Head to the Burning Man Sell Page for more instructions.
If you want to have the option to sell your tickets through STEP after fulfillment begins, you can email participantsupport@burningman.org to change your delivery method to Will Call; however, this change can only be made before your order has shipped.
Please note: if you have multiple tickets in your order, and you only wish to sell part of your order through STEP, you will need to change the method of delivery for your entire order to Will Call as we are not able to split the method of delivery for different tickets on the same order.
🧾 My ticket sold, what’s next?
Nothing! We’ve got it covered.
Once your ticket sells, we’ll handle everything and make sure your buyer gets their ticket.
💸 When’s payday?
Your payout will be ready to withdraw 2–3 days after the buyer’s payment clears with our payment provider, Stripe — smooth, secure, and stress-free.
