How to Report a Chat Message or User on Tixel

Tixel is a fan-first marketplace, and keeping it safe and respectful is something we take seriously. If you encounter a message or user that violates our Community Guidelines, here's how to report it.

Reporting a Chat Message

You can report individual chat messages that include:

  • Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Suspicious or fraudulent behaviour, such as requests to pay outside of Tixel

To report a message:

  1. Open the conversation containing the message you want to report
  2. Tap or click the report option on the message
  3. Submit your report

Once submitted, your report goes directly to our Trust & Safety team for review. If we need additional information or have an update to share, we'll be in touch.

If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, we recommend not responding to the message while your report is being reviewed.

Reporting a User

You can report a user for any behaviour that violates our Community Guidelines, including:

  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
  • Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour
  • Asking you to pay or communicate outside of Tixel
  • Dishonest listings or misleading information

Contact our support team straight away with as much detail or evidence as you can. We will review whether their behaviour meets our Community Guidelines immediately. If they're breaking the rules, we will ban their account and/or remove their listings and cancel transactions.

Not sure if something violates the guidelines?

When in doubt, report it. You can review our Community Guidelines for a clear outline of what is and isn't acceptable on Tixel.
