How to list

1. Find your confirmation email - handy tips
2. Visit our email confirmation listing page here.
3. Copy the unique email address.
4. Forward the confirmation email to the unique address or to scan@tixel.com.
5. Complete your listing via the return email with the special link - check your junk folder

Troubleshooting

  • Don't include anything in the body of the email
  • Forward the email confirmation with the PDF attached (if available)
  • Check your spam/junk folder for the return listing link 
  • Forward the confirmation email with ticket details and not the payment confirmation email     

Please note, when using this method you may be required to pass on the ticket in the buyer/seller chat once you receive it from the primary ticketing company - you can see if action is needed in your Listed Tickets section.
